Tizamart Pty Ltd
Initially incorporated in Paris by Alice Frater in 1994, Tizamart Pty Ltd is a 100% Black women owned and managed South African registered company focused on supplying the private and public sectors with high quality clothing and uniforms at affordable prices.
Quality is our focus - from the partnerships we form with our clients to the materials we manufacture our garments from as well as the pre and post sales services that we offer.
The Team
Alice Frater - Founder
Alice has been involved in the clothing industry for the past thirteen years. During this time she designed and manufactured ladies "haute-couture" and corporate wear from high quality materials sourced both in South Africa and overseas.
Whilst operating from Paris, Alice gained experience in exporting to various African countries and in particular her home country of Burundi and Rwanda. During the instability of 1999 in the Great Lakes region, Alice relocated to South Africa with her family.
In May of that year she openned a ladies fashion Boutique in Village Walk Shopping Centre in Sandton. In September 2005 she moved from the Village Walk premises and openned a studio in Rivonia where she is currently operating from.
Alice is responsible for sourcing of materials, designing and manufacturing.

Our product range offering also includes a work wear range which is especially suitable for staff that work in specialized industries like health, hospitality and cleaning services as well as ladies and men's corporate wear.
